Antipathy Dark Electro, Harsh EBM nolongerhuman 'Antipathy' the debut CD of nolongerhuman walks in the footprints of the very typical EBM/Industrial and sounds very similar to other bands in this genre, which is not really a bad thing if you're into this kind of music. I wouldn't call this band unique in any way, but I don't think that every new band out there has to be unique; it's OK to sound like other bands too. This is definitely something I would dance to when I'm out clubbing. It's just not something I would sit and listen to at home. 'Antipathy' has some really nice melodies and drum beats that will make you dance the night away, but I can't help to complain about the production, because it sounds very raw and not very well produced. Also the vocals seem misplaced on some songs (in my own opinion). "Let me go" is a good example of that. I can't really help but to think that the vocals don't fit in very well. So let's name some good songs shall we? "Addiction" is a song with very nice melodies and it feels very moody. Then we got "Darling" which somehow I want to compare it with Suicide Commando. Then we got my favorite song on this album "Our new world" with a deep bass and very nice melodies and aggressive vocals. 350
