Unsigned synthpop group from the UK Twist Helix have announced the release date of their brand new single 'Pulse'. The single is taken from the upcoming concept album Ouseburn. The album is set to take place in a sci-fi dystopian future. The 'Pulse' that art communities and creative collectives once put out are being wiped out for modern housing developments. The idea for this song was brought about due to similar construction happening in Twist Helix's hometown of Newcastle. You can stream the single below for now before it's eventual release date in March:

04/01/17 - New Cross Inn- London
05/01/17 - Whirling Dervish - Middlesbrough
21/01/17 - The Cluny - Newcastle
02/02/17 - West Street Live – Sheffield
18/02/17 – Verve Leeds
19/03/17 - FabCafe - Manchester

I've been writing for Brutal Resonance since November of 2012 and now serve as the editor-in-chief. I love the dark electronic underground and usually have too much to listen to at once but I love it. I am also an editor at Aggressive Deprivation, a digital/physical magazine since March of 2016. I support the scene as much as I can from my humble laptop.
