Industrial Musician Le Destroy releases new music video/single 'Monster'
Industrial musician Le Destroy has released a brand new single/music video titled 'Monster'. Written and produced by solo band member Kristina Olson, the video is a collaboration between herself; makeup, FX, an hair artist Meredith Johns andHawgfly Productions, Inc; and director BJ Lewallen.
'Monster' is a satisfying song regarding the darker side of control and domination to the point of abuse and authoritarian control - and Olson's sharp and demanding look certainly helps bring this out. Pair that with a lad clad in riot gear and a second, buff boy acting as guinea pig and you have a sharp, artistic visual rendition of an otherwise fantastic song. Olson has also announced that this single is the first to be released off of her upcoming EP "We Destroy" due out on July 13th. The title of the EP is named after the first song on it, 'Nous Detruisons', which is French for "We Destroy". Olson wrote, produced, and engineered the EP by herself, with additional drums and piano in the track 'Run' added in by her mixer.
