Hey, look at this, a song that cuts through the bullshit and gets directly to the point. Perhaps that’s the point of Miss Trezz’s musical journey; get rid of the mysticism behind the poetry and say exactly what you mean the way you mean it. Perhaps that’s also why there’s a giant middle finger looking back at me as I browse through the press release for her latest single, ‘Confrontational’. A song that discusses a relationship dissolved due to deceit and all sorts of other nastiness. I think that many people have been in quite a pickle like this in the past. You’re friends, best buds with someone and things are going okay until, one day, they start treating you like utter trash. But you’re not trash; you’re a beautiful golden idle that should be on a pillar. They say nothing more on the matter but you have to confront them nonetheless, and then things turn south.
