Dreamonic Vamperor Industrial, Hardstyle Omkara Techichi Overdose, overdose, overdose.... Who has gotten the idea to release a double CD with 30 tracks of industrial hardcore with a total playing time of two and an half hours? Well, that is obviously the ever energetic Willem Warry from the Netherlands. He works out! Omkara Techichi, also know as "The Blood God" because he performs live covered in blood, had released some EP's in the period from 2004-2006 and now, after 6 years without a label, he releases a double album filled to the brink with Industrial Hardcore on Noisj records. 'Dreamonic Vamperor' is one of the most energetic and agressive industrial hardcore albums i have ever heard. The sheer length of 2,5 hours is a lot to take in, because there is not one single moment on this album which will give you some moment of reflection. It is 2.5 hours of 160-190 BPM beats, weird stutterbreaks, detuned supersaws, and the horror and Warhammer 40.000 samples. The material is catchy as hell, and i am pretty sure we are going to see Willem play all the great hardcore and industrial hardcore parties worldwide. He said in interviews that the first CD is more industrial focussed and the second one more traditional hardcore, but to be fair, i can't hear that. For me both CDs sound about the same. The album is just an insane ride which goes on and on with 2.5 hours of industrial torture. You demand better? This dude is going to smash your face in! If you are bent on subtility and variation, this album is not for you. But if you like extremely agressive fast music and going wild while foaming at the mouth, this album is for you. What Slayer is to Deep Purple is Omkara Techichi to Suicide Commando. The industrial equivalent of Reign In Blood is called 'Dreamonic Vamperor'. Get it! 550
