The screaming industrial techno, dark electronic, and noisy Philly artist Her Noise Is Violence marks her debut on Brutal Resonance Records with the single 'Apathy'. 'Tis but a tease, however, of what's to come from the multi-genre artist as 'Apathy' comes off her forthcoming EP "Out Of Time".
