American industrial powerhouse (and the captor of the hearts of many geeks and nerds alike) The Gothsicles will be putting out a 20th Anniversary EP for their classic about everyone's most well-known controller input The Konami Code, coming from Tigersquawk Records on April 6th, 2018. At publication time, that means that it will be just a little over a week away before you can get your grimy little mitts on this remix EP.

The song itself is turning 20, while The Gothsicles as an act have been around since 2002. You want an explanation for that? Well, it involves a thesaurus, a time machine, and front row tickets to the next Kompressor show. Gorgeous mancandy frontman of The Gothsicles Brian Graupner sent us here at Brutal Resonance a tasty treat in the form of an early listen at one of the remixes - specifically, the Rexxtended Mix by Coldkill.  It's a nice, chill remix that left me wanting more.

Already up on the bandcamp page, you can also hear the remix of the track by Interface, so make sure to go give that a listen.

You can pre-order the EP any time between now and the 6th, which will automatically give you all those sweet, sweet remixes as soon as the EP drops from Tigersquawk Records.

When asked if he had anything else to add, Graupner responded with the following:

You heard it here first. The EP will be released at CyberFest Chicago and Lights Out, God Help Me is a fantastic band.
