You can't pin this act down, not once. An amalgamation of inspirations all across the dark electronic spectrum, The Fair Attempts have been spitting out singles, albums, and EPs like a machine driven factory. Thus they have blessed us once more with their brand-new EP "Beyond the Edge of Nowhere", a six track EP taking into account their love of electro-industrial, synthpop, and industrial rock music. For example, the first track follows some darkwave inspired tunes whilst the next goes into quite a thrashy territory. The rest can be surprises as you work your way down the list.

We're going back to square one with this EP. I wanted to touch the feelings and atmosphere of the world before its fall, and in the process, I ended up questioning my own sanity as I became more and more convinced (or disillusioned) that we are actually on the edge of it already. The EP is our heaviest and most aggressive yet. It’s not just industrial rock. This is also very metal. -Friendly Timo

I've been writing for Brutal Resonance since November of 2012 and now serve as the editor-in-chief. I love the dark electronic underground and usually have too much to listen to at once but I love it. I am also an editor at Aggressive Deprivation, a digital/physical magazine since March of 2016. I support the scene as much as I can from my humble laptop.
