Synthwave producers Straplocked and Ray Gun Hero have released a brand new album titled "Stalemate" via Burning Owl Records. This ambitious project is headed by ten separate producers who are creating a shared universe. Each producer will have their own individually and fully realized in this universe, but will often reference other characters within the universe.

"Stalemate" is the first chapter which sees Straplocked's character The Engineer meet with Ray Gun Hero in the midst of battle. At first thinking they are enemies, they come to the realization that both of them are headed towards a mutual goal. Rather than go at it until they are both dead, they put down their weapons and choose to work side-by-side.

I've been writing for Brutal Resonance since November of 2012 and now serve as the editor-in-chief. I love the dark electronic underground and usually have too much to listen to at once but I love it. I am also an editor at Aggressive Deprivation, a digital/physical magazine since March of 2016. I support the scene as much as I can from my humble laptop.
