Synthpop/synthwave artists The Rain Within have announced that they will be touring with VNV Nation on their upcoming North American Noire Tour. The tour will begin on Friday, November 16th in Austin, Texas at the Barracude and will end on Saturday, December 15th in Las Vegas, Nevada at the Backstage Bar.
