Noir-laden synthpop artist Carrellee has released the first single off of her forthcoming, debut album "Scale of Dreams". Titled 'Morning Sun', The inspiration for 'Morning Sun' came to Carrellee in a dream when she was going through a divorce; when morning came, she quickly transcribed it from her home studio. She then shared the demo video on Facebook and achieved a bit of a viral success, with a total of 379,000 views so far - and more coming. You can stream the music video directly below.

"Scale of Dreams" has been described as conjuring "rushed artifacts of desire, with each instrument processed through crumpled and fried analog tape" with inspiration from the likes of Cocteau Twins and Kate Bush. "Scale of Dreams" is available for pre-order in digital, CD, and vinyl formats HERE.

I've been writing for Brutal Resonance since November of 2012 and now serve as the editor-in-chief. I love the dark electronic underground and usually have too much to listen to at once but I love it. I am also an editor at Aggressive Deprivation, a digital/physical magazine since March of 2016. I support the scene as much as I can from my humble laptop.
