Street Sects Releases New Single "Blacken the Other Eye"
Austin, Texas based punk-noise project Street Sects has released the first single 'Blacken the Other Eye' off of their upcoming 12" EP Rat Jacket. 'Blacken the Other Eye' is one of four songs found on Rat Jacket and strays away from the usual harsh environment Street Sects has become known for putting out. Fans who are looking forward to hearing their blistering shouts and rampant, destructive sets will be in for a much more smooth ride - that is for the first three quarters of the song. It's during the final forty-some seconds that we are given the anger and hate filled shouts that have appeared on countless of other songs by the band. You can check out the single directly below:
