A Swedish based developer has released an app called Pentacam. The app is focused around the darker subculture, allowing musicians (or anybody, really) to create their own album art and merchandise. Custom crafted filters, image manipulation, font and symbol customization are all part of the app's programming. The app is currently in active development, and is regularly getting new features and improvements.

The app even allows you to upload your own images, and review and order your own merchandise. It's a free and unique app. It's currently focused toward the old school black metal, dark ambient, and industrial scenes.

Available now for Android devices on Google Play and versions for iOS and web are planned.

I've been writing for Brutal Resonance since November of 2012 and now serve as the editor-in-chief. I love the dark electronic underground and usually have too much to listen to at once but I love it. I am also an editor at Aggressive Deprivation, a digital/physical magazine since March of 2016. I support the scene as much as I can from my humble laptop.
