Stephen Roddy, a synthwave producer using stripped down methods to create music, has released a brand new album titled "Wave Grid". The ten track album has been released via Bandcamp's digital download service. You can purchase the album HERE and you can stream it directly below:

"Wave Grid" is built around a primal and stripped back approach to the synth-heavy sci-fi and horror soundtracks of 1980s. It takes influence from classic scores of the era by Vangelis, John Carpenter, Giorgio Moroder and Tangerine Dream paying homage to the uniquely electronic soundworlds they conjured. Wave Grid takes the listener on a sonic tour with 10 instrumental pieces that aim to find a balance by approaching epic electronics with a natural and direct style.

I've been writing for Brutal Resonance since November of 2012 and now serve as the editor-in-chief. I love the dark electronic underground and usually have too much to listen to at once but I love it. I am also an editor at Aggressive Deprivation, a digital/physical magazine since March of 2016. I support the scene as much as I can from my humble laptop.
