‘There Is Beauty In Noise’. A quaint little title coming from German Industrial act Neon Insect that most within the scene would disagree with. After all, most noise acts like to show themselves off as an enlightened bunch who are vexed when people don’t think that the five hour loops of pots and pans crashing against the floor doesn’t sound good. Alas, what we’re experiencing here is less of the classical noise and more of the grinding, foreboding synthesizers that weight heavily on most industrial musician’s consciousness.

This is a continuation of Neon Insect’s narrative focusing on New Moscow where societal unrest runs rampant against the New Russian Empire or NRE for short. It emphasizes rebellion and serves as a warning to oppressors. This single also quite contrasts his previously released track ‘LOVE SEX + ROBOTS’, though if you like anime and nudity then that single might just be for you.

I've been writing for Brutal Resonance since November of 2012 and now serve as the editor-in-chief. I love the dark electronic underground and usually have too much to listen to at once but I love it. I am also an editor at Aggressive Deprivation, a digital/physical magazine since March of 2016. I support the scene as much as I can from my humble laptop.
