With 4 releases since its formation, and home to bands such as God Destruction, Say Just Words, and Angels of Suicide, American label 'Engraved Ritual' has made a big name for itself among the Dark Electro audience. Mastered by DSBP's Tommy T Rapisardi, and dedicated to furthering the mysterious and aggressive sound that acts such as Hocico and Amduscia invented, Synthetic Rage is an entire civilization of aggression, distortion, and promise, hellbent on realizing two goals :

- Mexican bands can succeed without being clones of Hocico;
- The underground and unsigned scene is often far, far superior to the stuff that you hear on dancefloors.

The first volume of this compilation contains tracks from established acts such as AktiveHate, Anamadim, Cold Sequence and Say Just Words, but cements a brooding, impressive, and stern message: Dark Electro is reaching it's apex, and it's not slowing down.

Expect to hear a LOT more from this label. You can order this CD {Out January 17th) from the bandcamp site, located at: http://engravedritual-digital.com
