EBM / Post-Punk project -iSh releases debut album "The Mark"
-iSh, the solo project of Daniel Torgersen, has released his debut album "The Mark". -iSh has its roots in the nineties, which is when Torgersen operated under the name Vulterey. After dabbling with the electronic project during that era, nothing finalized due to other ambitions. Thus Vulterey was put on hiatus. Twenty years later, Torgersen picked the project back up and finished up a couple of songs and released them under Vulterey. Feeling his musical ambition come back, Torgersen rebuilt his studio which as been dubbed as The Phlaetnek Studio. Following the establishment of the studio, Torgersen created the project -iSh. Inspired by bands such as Cat Rapes Dog, Pouppée Fabrikk, Ramones, and Iron Maiden, -iSh aims to mix the likes of post-punk, EBM, and synthpop into one journey. The debut album "The Mark" has been released on all streaming platforms, with two bonus covers of 'I Wanna Be Sedated' by the Ramones and 'Dancing With Tears in My Eyes' by Ultravox available on Spotify and iTunes. You can also stream / purchase the album via Bandcamp, though it does not come with the bonus tracks. Check it out:

info@brutalresonance.comI've been writing for Brutal Resonance since November of 2012 and now serve as the editor-in-chief. I love the dark electronic underground and usually have too much to listen to at once but I love it. I am also an editor at Aggressive Deprivation, a digital/physical magazine since March of 2016. I support the scene as much as I can from my humble laptop.
