Originally premiering over at Loudwire, electrorock project Blue Stahli makes a bold return with Not Over Til We Say So, his new single featuring Emma Anzai (Sick Puppies) on both bass and backing vocals. The track will make an appearance on his upcoming LP The Devil, and is said to take the best of both electronics and heavy rock. You can stream the track below:

Blue Stahli on the single - "'Not Over Til We Say So' is pretty much what Blue Stahli is all about ? taking a bunch of disparate genres and smashing 'em all together into a cohesive track. In the overall electronic rock umbrella of this song, it jumps from thrash metal to glitch hop to straight up pop with catchy vocal hooks galore."

And, in an interview with Fixt Music's online publication, Emma Anzai had this to say about working with Blue Stahli - "Bret wanted some funky bass on the song so he sent it over to me and I listened to it non-stop and just played along to it. I loved how up tempo it was, that was the first thing I noticed and immediately got excited. Bret then asked if I could do some backing vocals as well and so I got into listening to the vocals more and just thinking of harmonies and anything else that I could add."

I've been writing for Brutal Resonance since November of 2012 and now serve as the editor-in-chief. I love the dark electronic underground and usually have too much to listen to at once but I love it. I am also an editor at Aggressive Deprivation, a digital/physical magazine since March of 2016. I support the scene as much as I can from my humble laptop.
