Prominent dark pop wizard Sam Franco, known professionally as BARA HARI, has released a music video for her song 'Ugly On the Inside'. BARA HARI explains that the song is "inspired by society’s use of constructed avatars as a means of modern interaction and communication." She further explained that she looked to 90s music videos for inspiration, specifically calling out REM's 'Losing My Religion'. In regards to her costuming and characters that are featured in the video, BARA HARI stated that she created her angel wings as a nod to both REM's video and the theme of Icarus. The single comes off of BARA HARI's upcoming EP "Dark New Day", which is due out on May 21st, 2021 via Re:Mission Entertainment. The six track EP will be released in both digital and limited edition CD formats. You can pre-order it HERE.
