First of all, tell us more about Menschdefekt.
- "Menschdefekt is a duo with mind and soul set on creating great music that will make people dance all over the world. Let's just say it's a clash of Germany and Sweden coming together with a sound of aggression and nice melodies."

How would you describe your sound?
- "Danceable EBM with nice melodies, distorted vocals and a big portion of social criticism in its lyrics."

You are about to release the EP 'Projekt Tremor', tell us more about this release.
- "'Projekt Tremor' will be released May, 1st 2009 as Limited Edition Digipak of 25 copies only, containing 5 Songs and 5 remixes. Additionally there will be an Online Edition with 5 songs and 3 remixes which are not featured on CD. The Limited Edition will be available through our MySpace Profile and Official Homepage. On line Edition will be sold on CDbaby.com."

You started it out as an instrumental project, how come it was changed to vocals as well?
- "I started Menschdefekt out as instrumental one-man-project in 2004 with no idea of making music. I wanted to create EBM with cool melodies that would keep people dance but in the beginning it was just one big awful sounding experiment. I never thought that Menschdefekt would grow to a slightly project within 5 years but the people took great interest in my music. Anyway I still missed vocals in my songs and so I started a lyrics/vocals competition for my song "Trigger" in February 2009. Well, the first guy who participated was Fredrik. I just loved his lyrics and voice and asked him if he was interested to become a member of Menschdefekt. He agreed without batting an eye and I'm glad he did. We are the perfect team."

This project is run both in Germany and in Sweden, is it any disadvantages/advantages with this diversion?
- "I don't see any disadvantages. In the days of internet there are no limitations for our work together and since we are in contact nearly every day the distance is no problem at all."

Is it ever going to be any live performances or is it a non-live project only?
- "Sorry, but I think there will never be any live performances. Menschdefekt started as studio project and I don't think we will change that in the future."

You won the remix contest Aesthetic Perfection had back in 2008, will there be any more collaboration with Aesthetic Perfection?
- "Well, we won't stand in the way"

Any last words to our readers?
- "Thanks to all the people who showed their support - especially Ralph & Sander (Stahlnebel vs Black Selket). Please check out our new stuff. You won't regret!"
