ARTIST SPOTLIGHT : Matt Hart : Tales of Terra & Chaos Retold
Industrial artist Matt Hart has plenty of music within his discography, but his latest release might be his most ambitious. After releasing two series of EPs (Chaos Rising and Tales of Terra), Matt Hart has looked to other projects to give his worlds of robotic terror a shake-up. The remixers chosen are some of the highlights within the scene, including MOAAN EXIS, ESA, SPANKTHENUN, and Xavier Swafford of 3TEETH. Dark electronic act Bow Ever Down has released their latest album "Let It Burn". Kimberly Kornmeier has described the album as a "combination of emotional lyrics and dark dance music." Various Artists : Inside / Beside VII
French record label Kalamine Records has launched the seventh edition of their "Inside / Beside" compilation. The eighteen track release consists of many artists that I have not heard of before, but it does contain Trajedesaliva who was recently reviewed on the site. They, alone, are worth listening to the compilation for. Download and purchase below! 



Various Artists : Sleep Of Morpheus Spell
Dark Music Web Magazine and Radio, Terra Relicta, has released a series of compilations. When announced that they were accepting submissions on March 9th, 2021, they did not expect over sixty tracks to be sent to them by the end of May. Most tracks have been made exclusively for the compilations, or are previously unreleased or rarities. The compilation shown below is titled "Sleep Of Morpheus Spell", which caters to fans of dark ambient music. Their other compilation, "In Sickness We Reign", is moreso directed at black metal crowds. Nostalgia Deathstar : Charged Attachment
Synthpop project Nostalgia Deathstar released their new album "Charged Attachment". The ten track album has been described as containing "cynical love songs; challenges to power; songs about revolution; songs of cultural unity" and more. The album is set to be released in digital, CD, and cassette formats. You can stream / purchase it below:



Momy Fortuna : Hexennacht
Though the album has already been reviewed on the site, I still wanted to include it in our regular round-up of albums. "Hexennacht" is the debut album of 70s occult, horror, and darkwave inspired quartet Momy Fortuna. The eight track album will be released on July 9th, 2021 in digital format, though a physical launch is in the works as well. Stream and purchase below! 



Black Angel : Prince of Darkness
Gothic rock band Black Angel has released their brand new album "Prince of Darkness". The twelve track release is available in both digital and limited edition CD formats. "Prince of Darkness" is inspired by movies such as Dracula (1992), Interview with a Vampire, and Underworld. You can stream / purchase the album below:



Synthetic Villains : Obstacle Navigation
Instrumental electronic project Synthetic Villains has announced that their new album "Obstacle Navigation" will be released on August 2nd, 2021. Though the band has described themselves as synthpop, there's a lot of experimental measures used throughout the album as well. She Lies : Talking With You
Disco and new wave project She Lies has released their brand new EP "Talking With You" via record label exlove. She Lies started in 2014 when they released their debut EP on Astro Lab Recordings. The EP has been released in digital formats and can be streamed directly below:



Shadow System : Shadow Dancer (Distorted Shadows Mix)
Dark electronic producer Shadow System has released a new mix of 'Shadow Dancer' on all major digital sites. Shadow System has also announced that they are working on their third album, which will include a mix of industrial, rock, and techno. A remix from [SITD] and Funker Vogt will appear on the album. Badeye vs Nature of Wires : Hold Me Now (Nature of Wires Remix)
As part of the Collaborator Generator feature on BBC introducing in Hereford & Worcester, NoW was paired with Badeye. As a challenge, they created this song to be played on DJ Andrew Marston's show. This song was chosen as it was mostly complete and has become NoW's 100th official remix. You can stream / purchase it below:



Various Artists : CRL Studios Presents: The Fifth Wavelength Volume 1
CRL Studios has released the fifth installment of their wavelength series, a donation based anthology to support CRL Studios' releases. This also showcases some of the artists that CRL Studios has, currently are, or will be working with. The first volume in the fifth installment features EBM, industrial, and hard electronics; the second has IDM, EDM, breakbeat, drum'n'bass, and more; the third volume contains ambient, experimental, IDM, and drone. Mildreda : Reinvention of Pain
EBM and industrial influenced act Mildreda has released a brand new single titled 'Reinvention of Pain'. The single comes off of their upcoming album "I Was Never Really There" and will be released via Dependent Records. Mildreda is influenced by acts such as FLA, Skinny Puppy, The Klinik, and Insekt. The album will be mastered by Claus Larsen of Leaether Strip, will feature an appearance of Numb's Don Gordon, and more. You can purchase / stream the song below:



BlakLight : Control - The Remixes
Synthpop project BlakLight has released the final set of remixes from their album "Music in a Time of Uncertainty". The six track album contains remixes from Scenius, Mind Machine, Promenade Cinema, Beyond Border, and Lloyd Price. A stripped version of the song is also available. Biomechanimal x Sentinel Complex : Crown of Glass
Biomechanimal and Sentinel Complex have released a collaborative single combining the likes of symphonic metal, midtempo, harsh industrial, dubstep, and other genres. The two projects have stated that the song "refers to the ego that we see in ourselves; this fragile symbol of our own strength. The song deals with the negative side of this ego, how it can lead us to view others and ourselves in a distorted way." Preemptive Strike 0.1 : Redeclaration Of War
Dark electro project Preemptive Strike 0.1 have announced their first official cassette release titled "Redeclaration Of War". The EP will contain six songs in total that span from 2006 to 2015 in their origins. These new songs have been recorded with new vocals from Jim the Blaster and additional synths from Yiannis Dseq.
