Night Terrors - "Date Night On Union Station"
Not quite like anything they have released to date, Night Terrors has released their brand new EP "Date Night On Union Station". Featuring remixes from the likes of Enimapod, Null Split, and Object, the EP is out now on the project's Bandcamp page under the platform's name your price moniker. Check it out:

Sundl - "SUNDL"
While record label Cut Surface is having a difficult time sorting Sundl's self-titled release under a genre (Goth house, surrealism techno, revenant dub are just a few of the working titles they've been toying with), there's no denying that the album belongs on our website. This eight track release from Christian Sundl features collaborations with Lina Gärtner, Terz Nervosa, and The Damski. It is currently available for pre-order in both digital and limited edition cassette formats. Check it out:

FETUS - "Vampire of the COVID Age"
Experimental and industrial project FETUS returns with their debut album titled "Vampires of the COVID Age". EBM, goth, noise, and dark ambient are just a few of the genres that find themselves intertwined in FETUS' work. The eleven track album is available as a free digital download from FETUS' Bandcamp page. Check it out:

Hex Cassette - "Get Out"
Describing their music as "Hell pop to help you dance away your fear of death", Hex Cassette is a coldwave and darkwave inspired project of Zachary Johnson. Their latest EP "Get Out" is currently available for pre-order and contains five tracks in total including two remixes. All profits from the album will go to Modest Needs, a charity providing assistance to workers and families at risk of slipping into poverty. Stream / purchase it below:

Niky Nine - "Black Sharken"
Lazerdiscs Records is proud to announce that they will be hosting synthwave / metal producer Niky Nine's brand new EP "Black Sharken". The six track EP will be released on February 5th, 2021. As with many other many other EPs on Lazerdiscs Records, "Black Sharken" comes with a concept behind the music. You can read the story behind the EP on the Bandcamp page.

Flowers for Bodysnatchers - "Infernal Beyond"
I won't lie to you; I'm a bit upset that Cryo Chamber didn't have this album out in time for Halloween as it would have been bloody perfect for the spookiest season of the year. Dark ambient storyteller Flowers for Bodysnatchers' newest album "Infernal Beyond" explores a fictional event in which an asylum burned down to the ground. Only two survivors remained but they mysteriously vanished after the event. Moody and atmospheric music for horrific encounters await! Stream it below:

Level 2.0 - "Dimensions"
Synthpop producer Level 2.0 is no stranger to Brutal Resonance; each of the releases reviewed on the website has not received a score lower than an eight-out-of-ten. So, I suppose it will be bright news to both our staff and our audience members to note that Level 2.0 has released their new EP "Dimensions". You can stream / purchase the five track release directly below:

Sunset Miracula - 'Atari Sunset'
Synthwave and retrowave producer Sunset Miracula has released a brand new single titled 'Atari Sunset'. As the title suggests, the song is inspired by "the nostalgic entity within classic video games." You can get lost in your 80's dreams by hitting the play button below:

Glice - "Antibodies"
Experimental and noise project Glice has released their latest EP "Antibodies" via record label eg0cide productions. This short EP also comes with the announcement that the project will be releasing a full-length follow-up to 2017's album "CIELO" in 2021. If you like noise, you should hit the play button.

Divine Shade - "IN THE DUST"
Inspired by coldwave, industrial, goth, and rock, Divine Shade is a French band who just recently released their EP "IN THE DUST". Getting to this point was a journey in creativity as the band released five music videos coinciding with each of their songs to make a short film series. You can check out the series on YouTube and you can stream / purchase the EP below:

LOWROM - "Primal"
Industrial, EBM, experimental, and electronic producer LOWROM has released their debut EP "Primal". Founded by Jan Lorenz, he was born a hearing child to deaf parents where silence was the norm. He self-taught himself to create music as a way of self-identification and as a way to craft an autobiographical sound collection. You can purchase / stream the EP directly below:

EVESTUS - 'Happy Being Dead'
It's always interesting to see what Estonian industrial artist EVESTUS is going to release next. Sometimes they're balls-off-the-wall in their performances and styles and other times they're ready to throw down a serious single. Their most recent effort, 'Happy Being Dead', is one of the serious-but-cynical releases from EVESTUS. Described as an "'anti' social media video single', you can make your own judgement regarding it below:

Maxim - Time (I Think I Broke Something Remix)
Electropunks I Think I Broke Something have teamed up with Maxim (known for his work in The Prodigy) for a remix of Maxim's song 'Time'. ITIBS first contacted Maxim when they released their new album "Outsider". Maxim was impressed and agreed to collaborate with the project at ITIBS's request. Thus the remix was born. Check it out:

I've been writing for Brutal Resonance since November of 2012 and now serve as the editor-in-chief. I love the dark electronic underground and usually have too much to listen to at once but I love it. I am also an editor at Aggressive Deprivation, a digital/physical magazine since March of 2016. I support the scene as much as I can from my humble laptop.
