Ox Hunger - "Gloss on the Blood"
Ox Hunger is a new name to the world of industrial music; their debut release and the one that I am currently typing about "Gloss on the Blood" came out in February of 2020. Described as "post-industrial doom" the project focuses on hardware electronics culminating in a sound that could be the score to an independent horror film. The album was also released on cassette for only $7 USD; the project has also put up a lyric zine for sale on their Bandcamp page which comes with a digital download of the EP. Check it out: 



Retaliate of Anger - "RELIC"
Electro-industrial / glitch project Retaliate of Anger has released their brand new album "RELIC" via Machine Man Records. The Schwenksville, Pennsylvania based project's twelve track album is out on all major digital streaming platforms including Bandcamp where the album is free or "name your price". Check it out:



ΣΕΘ (SET) - "Where Dreams Come To Pause"
Witchhouse / Gravewave project ΣΕΘ or SET has released a brand new album titled "Where Dreams Come To Pause". The sixteen track album contains fourteen original songs featuring collaborations with Stacey Yi and Sidewalks and Skeletons. John B and Dream Black provide remixes of 'The Dotted Line' and 'MINE' respectively. The CD has been released in digital, limited edition CD, limited edition CD and T-Shirt bundle, and a limited edition bundle featuring all three of SET's previous albums. Check it out below:



Various Artists - "Part I Body"
Record label Haxyn Records has released two compilations recently, the first of which is titled "Part I Body". The album features seventeen international artists in total and focuses on EBM and electro-industrial. The label has stated that they wish to "change the stereotypes of industrial music, to bring new ideas, a part of ourselves, our thoughts and feelings into the world industrial culture." Various Artists - "Part II Mind"
The second compilation from Haxyn Records titled "Part II Mind" also features seventeen artists in total though this time the focus is on rhythmic noise, post-industrial, and minimal EBM. There are a lot of unfamiliar names on these compilations which is great; that just means there is more music for me to discover out in the world. The label's statement from the previous compilation is the same; they wish to reinvent the genre. You can stream / purchase the compilation directly below:



Mount Shrine & Alphaxone - "Dream Chambers"
Dark ambient producers Mount Shrine and Alphaxone have announced a new collaboration album titled "Dream Chambers". The album explores "the delicate bridge between reality and dreams." As per normal, Cryo Chamber will be releasing the album in both digital and CD formats. You can stream / purchase the album directly below:



Secant Prime - "3​+​J₀​(​∞) remixes"
Electronic / ambient artist Secant Prime has released a brand new EP titled "3​+​J₀​(​∞) remixes". Featuring the title track as well as four remixes from Stven OLaf, Mean Flow, Thomas Park, and Sans Fixer, the EP is available for purchase / streaming via Bandcamp. This is the second in a series of remix EPs that appear on different record labels. Check it out:



Thegn - "Silver Blade, Shattered Mirror. Deceiver."
Industrial / experimental project Thegn has released a brand new EP titled "Silver Blade, Shattered Mirror. Deceiver." The three track EP has been released on Bandcamp in digital formats. The project has announced that all proceeds for the EP will be donated to the Vancouver Black Therapy & Advocacy Fund. You can purchase / stream the EP below:



Various Artists - "Crime Violente Vol.4"
Melbourne, Australia based record label Up North Records has put together an eleven track compilation titled "Crime Violente Vol.4". Featuring eleven different artists altogether homing in on EBM and underground techno, the album is available in both digital and limited edition (to fifty) cassettes. Echoberyl - "The Awakening of a Mutant Girl"
Coldwave  / synthpop project Echoberyl has announced that their new album "The Awakening of a Mutant Girl" will be released on August 21st, 2020. The twelve track album will be released in both digital and limited edition CD formats, though due to the quarantine it might be hard for countries outside of Europe to receive their CD. The album is described as a "Sci-Fi B-movie without images that tells a story of marginalization and hope." You can pre-order / stream the album directly below:



Suffer Ring - "Reverentia"
Witchhouse music has a special place in my heart; for some reason is always relaxes me with the chill, dragging beats the genre is known for no matter how dark and oppressive the overall tone can be. That being said, Suffer RIng has announced that their new album "Reverentia" will be released on August 14th, 2020 in both digital and limited edition CD formats. The Secret Light - 'Circuits Collide (Mr.Kitty Remix)'
Darkwave project The Secret Light has tapped into the remix power of Mr.Kitty. The producer has remixed the song 'Circuits Collide' which originally appeared on their album "Mirror Mirror" which released back in January of 2017. phantomyst - 'ethereal vision'
Blending elements of cinematic ambiance, cyberpunk, trap, hip-hop, and synthwave comes Polish producer phantomyst. Their latest single 'ethereal vision' is quite gorgeous with cover art that screams "dystopian future". A skyscraper is flooded in smog with an advertisement for the latest make-up / fashion trend shining through the thick cloud. It says so much with so little; you can purchase / stream the single directly below:



Deathline International - 'Troops of Tomorrow' 
Industrial outfit Deathline International has released a cover of punk band The Vibrators' 1978 song 'Troops of Tomorrow' with all profits going towards the ACLU. This is in response to, well, everything that has been going on within the United States. The song is a giant collaboration between members of Black Needle Noise, Stabbing Westward, Chiasm, Pigface, Suicide Queen, LUNA13, Red Lokust, CF2020, Johnny Tupolev, Jess Lamb & the Factory, Soil & Eclipse, and Bloodwire. DK-Zero - 'FU$'
Though we have been covering DK-Zero's previous couple of music videos and singles leading up to the release of their new album "Cyber Sex Inc." they've maintained a pretty industrial metal feel for the new album. However, their latest music video 'FU$' is a fusion of punk and hip-hop which reminds me a lot of Limp Bizkit's early 2000s output. Offermose - "Stilhedens Tårn"
Danish dungeon synth / darkwave producer Offermose has announced that their new album "Stilhedens Tårn" will be released on October 16th, 2020. Perhaps I'm a bit late on that portion of the news has only thirty-four of the two-hundred initial limited edition records are available at the time of this writing but, hey, better late than never. The album will also be coming out on a standard black 180G vinyl, limited edition CD, and digital formats. The project has also released a moody, black and white music video for the song 'Sjælens Ruin' which can be viewed below. Pre-order the album HERE.
