Like What Releases brand-new single 'Burn'
We're posted multiple times on Brutal Resonance about Like What; this indie solo project likes to take a stab at darkwave production through the use of his iPad, guitar, and voice, and nothing more. Like What has thus released a brand-new single titled 'Burn', which he describes as both a witch-hunt and a love letter to Castlevania. Though, if I do say so myself, the cover art reminds me of a haunted Disney castle - especially with the stylistic font. But you can take it any form you want. His instruments of choice are his iPad and his guitar, and nothing else. Minimalism is the name of the game with Like What, attempting to captivate his listeners through a nostalgic yet modern sound. What started as an experimental project during the Covid-19 pandemic has evolved into a labor of love.
