Strangers Electro, Futurepop System Syn Some days before my summer vacation, someone on Facebook posted a YouTube link of a band called System Syns cover of REMs "Loosing My Religion". I thought it was a great track and listened to it a lot during the last week of work. Little did I know that I would listen to System Syn pretty much my entire vacation. 'Strangers' is the band's fifth album and this American artist is completely new to me, but this album really took me by surprise. Together with Edge of Dawn and Project Pitchfork, this album is among the best releases of this year so far. With their great and smart melodies, compelling lyrics and great vocals they manage to put together an album filled with all great tracks. There's so much to be found in this album and it is all tied together in a very nice way. There's no zapping between tracks, because this is an album you should experience, and will experience, from start to finish. Favourite tracks are many, but a few of them are "Chemical", "The Inconvenient", "God and Country", "Drone", "Here's To You" and "Strangers". Amazing work by System Syn. 550
