Two veterans of the legendary industrial record label Wax Trax! Groovie Mann of My Life With The Thrill Kill Kult and JDN of Blue Eyed Christ have brought their production skills together to form a new band called Trash Deity. This clash of titans brings classic industrial sounds with a polished feel and are set and ready to go with their debut EP as soon as they get a release date set up. Their debut music video 'Finger on a Trigger' is out now, and was created by photographer/graphic artist Neil Kull. You can stream the video directly below:

When speaking of their upcoming EP, JDN had this to say: I think the forthcoming EP is a really exciting representation of Groovie Mann and I experimenting and discovering what our sound is as Trash Deity. It's an eclectic EP because we weren't locked into a sound or expectation from our previous projects. One song is electronic for the clubs with a pounding bass line and signature Groovie Mann maniacal vocal chants, then another is a sexy dirty strip club anthem. Each song has it's own identity, but the EP still sounds totally cohesive and chaotic at the same time...just like us!

Trash Deity's 'Finger On A Trigger' is available as a free download now through November 23rd, 2016. You can grab that HERE. If you're late on the ball, you can always grab it from Spotify

I've been writing for Brutal Resonance since November of 2012 and now serve as the editor-in-chief. I love the dark electronic underground and usually have too much to listen to at once but I love it. I am also an editor at Aggressive Deprivation, a digital/physical magazine since March of 2016. I support the scene as much as I can from my humble laptop.
