Ashton Nyte Releases New Single and Music Video "Dressing Like You"
Talented in many ways, frontman of gothrock band The Awakening, Ashton Nyte has released the first single from his upcoming solo album, Some Kind Of Satellite entitled Dressing Like You. Premiering via Auxiliary Magazine on February 3rd, the song is described as being an eerie and fragile note to love and loss in a digital world. Shot with themes stemming from the utter grit found in film Noir in the Nevada Desert in Las Vegas by Intervention Arts, it shows as the first step in Nyte's evolution.
The new album will dive back into Nyte's darker roots after his previous two albums, Moederland (focusing on Afrikaans language) and The Valley (catering to dark folk and alternative country). Not only combining various genres such as postpunk, new wave, and electro, the album will feature Nyte's always baritone voice and poetic lyrical content.

info@brutalresonance.comI've been writing for Brutal Resonance since November of 2012 and now serve as the editor-in-chief. I love the dark electronic underground and usually have too much to listen to at once but I love it. I am also an editor at Aggressive Deprivation, a digital/physical magazine since March of 2016. I support the scene as much as I can from my humble laptop.
