Snow is blanketing your area, but that doesn't stop you from going out in the biggest pair of boots you have to stomp around at the local club, get drunk, and sob miserably at your loneliness during the Holiday season. But, hey, who says you have to be all sad without a proper playlist? In this feature, we've gathered up a bunch of Holiday and Winter related songs for all you rivetheads to enjoy. Get these songs on your playlist and piss off your family by blasting these as loud as you can!

Oh Krampus! by Flesh Eating Foundation: We're gonna start this feature off with a hilarious track that was just released a few days ago. Oh Krampus! is a song by electro-punks Flesh Eating Foundation. It combines traditional Christmas chimes with horror vibes and hysterical lyrics all about someone wishing Krampus would take all the naughty children away. Also, it's free right now so grab it now if you're cheap.

It Happened On Christmas Day by Leaether Strip: A Christmas playlist wouldn't be complete without an inclusion from EBM legend Klaus Larsen. This track was originally released on the compilation titled Black Snow Vol. 2, an industrial Christmas get together.

Wintergedanken by Feindflug: And since I already mentioned the Black Snow compilation, might as well keep the momentum going as I shall be mentioning two other tracks. This one comes from the electro-industrial band Feindflug who combined the most holiest sounding synths along side a steady beat. It's quite well down and different from what they normally do.

Angels We Have Heard On High by Psyborg Corp.: The last song I'll be mentioned from the Black Snow compilation will be this little gem from Colombian harsh electro project Psyborg Corp.. As you can imagine, they take this little carol and turn it into a devilishly wicked track.

Snow by Trial: This is a song by German EBM project Trial that was released on their 1995 CD Secret Pain. While it may not necessarily correlate to winter or the Holidays, the title is 'Snow' so it'll work.

Dirty Christmas by Junksista: This is perhaps the most hysterical song on our playlist from the always sexually charged German duo Junksista. 'Dirty Christmas' is all about getting fucked as a gift for Christmas and it is glorious. The song sounds very festive and innocent, but this song is just so dirty. And great. Listen to it now.

Christmas Slaughter by Chrome Corpse: Ah, yes, nothing speaks Christmas like a good old fashion slaughter. That's at least what the people behind the project Chrome Corpse seem to believe. This song will resonate with those of you who take pleasure in watching those so-bad-they're-good 80s Christmas related horror films.

Dead of Winter by Skinny Puppy: And here's another track that may not exactly related directly to the holidays or the like, but the word winter is in the title so that makes is acceptable. Plus, it is from Skinny Puppy, and no playlist is complete without a track from them.

Die In Winter by Wumpscut: This 1997 gem from :wumpscut: is another piece that can easily be added to any Holiday playlist. The sounds are bleak much like the snowstorms that will ravage the roads. Plus, the title relates to the weather outside during this time of year so it's perfect.

Last Christmas (Red Snow) by Reali-tGlitch: Electronic producer Reali-tGlitch isn't the most well known face on Earth, in fact I was pointed in his general direction through a friend for this very feature. And, hey, he released this song. What starts out as a cover of 'Last Christmas' soon turns into a song full of hatred.

I've been writing for Brutal Resonance since November of 2012 and now serve as the editor-in-chief. I love the dark electronic underground and usually have too much to listen to at once but I love it. I am also an editor at Aggressive Deprivation, a digital/physical magazine since March of 2016. I support the scene as much as I can from my humble laptop.
