EXCLUSIVE PREMIERE: Glitchy and noisey IDM project Monsters Around Us take us into space with their new single 'WeMustRebuild'

Glitchy and noisey IDM producer Monsters Around Us got their start in 2018 when they dropped their debut EP "The Resuscitator" on June 14th of that year. Taking inspiration from heavy hitters such as Aphex Twin and Junkie XL as well as heavier legends such as Mick Gordon and Author and Punisher, the project carved their own little niche blending elements of industrial, ambient, drum'n'bass, and the aforementioned glitch and noise genres all into one. They steadily trickled two singles throughout the rest of 2018, following the EP with the 'BreakYourBack' single release in July and then the demo song 'YouPushWePurge' in December. Since then, Monsters Around Us has been a little quiet working away in their studio on a new and ultimately thoughtful release: "The Suffocator" EP. 

Due out on September 10th, 2019, "The Suffocator" is a four track EP which, like Monster Around Us' previous EP, will be released in both digital and limited edition 10" vinyl formats. But Monsters Around Us in collaboration with ourselves wanted to give everyone a little taste of what you would find on the EP. That being said, we at Brutal are proud to present to you the first single off of the project's EP 'WeMustRebuild'. Stream and watch below:


'WeMustRebuild' is a fascinating and wonderful song filled with ambient textures reminiscing that of offworld exploration and deep space. Curiosity remains supreme in a galactic sense of wonder as each staggered and rhythmic beat comes into play. 
Monsters Around Us had this to say about the single, "Through crippling anxiety and social pressures we decide to make the only decision we can... leave this rock and live out our days in orbit."
