Konn Lavery is a multi-media musician and author whose creativity just never dies. The author is hard at work writing and finishing up his latest novel YEGman, but the talented gent has also created a full fledged soundtrack to go along with his novel. "Sounds of Society: YEGman Novel Soundtrack" takes the core concept of the novel and blends it into a melting pot of industrial, noise, metal, and warped electronic bits. The album will take you on a journey through ten tracks with an additional introductory song.

I’ve been fascinated with transmedia storytelling for as long as I can recall. For a previous release, my horror novel Seed Me had a complimentary score titled "World Mother: Seed Me Novel Score" and graphical elements to enhance the reader’s experience. For my new thriller novel, YEGman, I wanted the album to reflect the violent and aggressive nature of the book. I was writing the "Sounds of Society" album prior to conceptualizing the YEGman novel. Both share very common philosophical traits and messaging in the album’s lyrics and the novel’s words that have them co-exist together quite well. -Konnartist
